Rinse under running water after each client to remove dust and debris, then immerse in your approved disinfectant solution. Use chemical sterilisation only: never autoclave or heat treat silicone bits, because heat deforms the material and the tip loses its shape. Some chemical disinfectants can affect silicone over time, so check compatibility with your solution.

Silicone polishing bits cover the finishing stages of e-file manicure and pedicure work, smoothing surface imperfections and bringing nails to a high-gloss shine after coarser bits have finished shaping. The soft silicone is gentle on the nail plate and does not overheat the nail. Different grits handle different steps, from initial smoothing through to the final buff.

Compatibility depends on the shank diameter, which varies by model: some of our silicone polishers use a 2 mm shank and others 2.35 mm.
